Solution Design

After the plan is agreed upon, SIS carries out detailed solution design based on actual processes and business requirements. The system is configured and customized accordingly, while necessary components are prepared to move into the deployment phase. This aligns with SIS's ERP implementation process, in which design (programming) is a separate stage before installation, setup, and go-live.

The main items of the design step include:

    1. Business process design:

Building the processing flow in the software according to the process analyzed and agreed upon with the business.

    2. Form and document design:

Setting up forms, documents, and information content suited to actual business operations.

    3. Management report design:

Building a reporting system to track, consolidate, and analyze the business's activities.

    4. System configuration:

Setting up categories, parameters, processing workflows, and functions needed for the implementation scope.

    5. Setting up permissions:

Defining access rights and system usage scope suited to each user's role and department.

    6. Customization & development:

Customizing or developing specific functions when business requirements are not fully met by standard features.

SIS designs solutions based on the business's actual operations, ensuring the system meets current requirements while remaining scalable as management needs grow.
