Survey & Consultation

Every business has its own operating model, management processes, and software needs. SIS begins the implementation process with a direct survey and discussion to clearly understand the current situation, existing challenges, and management goals of the business.

Through the survey process, SIS collects and analyzes information about business processes, existing systems, and the need for connectivity between departments, forming the basis for building an appropriate solution.

    Key survey activities:

    1. Understanding the business model and operations

Understanding the industry, organizational scale, department/branch structure, and operational characteristics of the business.

    2. Surveying business processes

Analyzing how the business currently carries out operations such as sales, purchasing, warehousing, production, accounting, human resources, and related management activities.

    3. Assessing the current system

Understanding the software, tools, and management methods currently in use; identifying limitations, scattered data, or manual processes.

    4. Identifying needs and management challenges

Clarifying the issues the business wants to solve, process digitization needs, data connectivity, and management requirements now and in the future.

    5. Advising on solution direction

Based on the survey findings, SIS advises on the solution direction and implementation scope suited to the business's scale, operations, and goals.

    6. Defining the implementation roadmap

Agreeing on priority content, implementation scope, and direction for the subsequent analysis, design, and deployment steps.

SIS's goal in this first step is to truly understand the business before building a solution — meeting the right needs, following the right processes, and aligning with its development direction.
