Go-Live

After the system has been deployed, tested, and users trained, SIS works together with the business to bring the system into official operation. This is the stage of transitioning from a preparation environment to actual use, ensuring business processes run on the system stably and consistently.

    1. Preparing for official operation

Reviewing data, user accounts, permissions, configuration, and other requirements before the system officially goes live.

    2. Activating the system

Bringing the system into the official operating environment, starting transactions and business processes according to the agreed plan.

    3. Support during go-live

SIS coordinates with relevant departments to support users during the transition and resolve issues arising when actual operation begins.

    4. Monitoring and issue resolution

Monitoring system activity, receiving user feedback, and promptly resolving issues related to processes, data, and functions.

    5. Review and optimization

Assessing actual operation to adjust configuration, processes, reports, or functions as needed, making the system better suited to real usage.

    6. Confirming operation

Checking and confirming the system meets the implementation scope, key business processes are running, and it's ready to move into the warranty and support phase.

Go-live is not just the moment the system is put into use — it is also the stage where SIS accompanies the business to ensure the transition goes smoothly and the system truly operates effectively.
