Training & Handover

After the system is deployed and tested, SIS organizes training for the user team based on each role and function. Users are guided directly on the system with processes suited to their actual work, and are also provided with the necessary documentation to use the system independently once it moves into official operation.

The main items of the training & handover step include:

    1. Identifying user groups:

Classifying users by department, role, and scope of work to build appropriate training content.

    2. Role-based training:

Guiding users through the processes and functions directly related to their work on the system.

    3. System administration guidance:

Training system administrators on necessary content for administration, authorization, and monitoring system activity.

    4. Hands-on practice with real data:

Combining guidance and practice based on the business's actual scenarios and processes so users can easily grasp and apply the system.

    5. Q&A & refinement:

Receiving feedback, answering questions arising during training, and noting content that needs adjustment before go-live.

    6. Handover of documentation & system:

Handing over guidance documents and necessary materials so the business's team can proactively use and manage the system.

SIS doesn't just deploy the system — it also ensures the business's team understands it, uses it correctly, and is ready to take it over before official operation begins.
